Arrive at Helsinki International Airport and transfer to your hotel. Check in and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.
After breakfast, transfer to the port for a day trip to Tallinn. Enjoy a scenic ferry journey across the Gulf of Finland to Estonia. On arrival, meet your guide for a 3-hour guided tour exploring the medieval Old Town, Town Hall Square, Aleksander Nevsky Cathedral, Toompea Castle, and other highlights of this UNESCO-listed city. Afterward, enjoy free time to explore cafés, shops, and charming cobblestone streets. Later, return by ferry to Helsinki and transfer to your hotel.
After breakfast, begin a 3-hour privately guided city tour, the perfect introduction to Helsinki. The tour blends driving and walking, taking you through key landmarks such as Old Church Park, Sibelius Monument, Olympic Stadium, Opera House, Finlandia Hall, Töölönlahti Bay, the National Museum, Parliament House, Uspenski Cathedral, Senate Square, and the vibrant Market Square by the harbour.
The afternoon is free to explore Helsinki at your own pace. Later in the evening (night), transfer from Hotel to the railway station to board your overnight train to Rovaniemi.
Arrive in Rovaniemi and transfer to your hotel. Later, enjoy a city tour combined with a visit to Santa Claus Village. Explore local landmarks, walk along the charming city centre, and learn about the history and culture of Lapland. At Santa Claus Village, visit the Main Post Office, browse souvenir shops, cross the Arctic Circle, and meet Santa Claus himself. After the visit, return to your hotel.
After breakfast, embark on an unforgettable Icebreaker adventure. Experience the power of the ship as it breaks through the frozen sea, step onto the vast ice fields, and, if you wish float safely in icy waters wearing a thermal survival suit. Learn about Arctic conditions and the vessel’s engineering from expert guides. Return to your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.
After breakfast, check out and travel to Saariselkä. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel and relax.
In the evening, join a 2-hour Aurora hunting tour using minivans with a guide who will follow the best possible weather and sky conditions in search of the Northern Lights. Enjoy warm drinks and storytelling as you wait for the magic to appear.
Enjoy breakfast and a leisurely day to explore the snowy surroundings at your own pace. In the evening, set out on a unique 2-hour Northern Lights experience on a husky-drawn sled. Glide silently through the Arctic wilderness under the night sky as the huskies lead you across the snow—an unforgettable and peaceful way to search for the Aurora Borealis.
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Ivalo Airport for your onward flight. Return home with wonderful memories!
